Healthy Start Nutrition for Kids

We support children aged 8 and up to:

    The service is delivered through a 30 minute call with the child and 15 minute follow-up with the parents. Calls are recorded for safety reasons and can are provided to parents on request.

Once-off Nutrition Plan

For those that don't want coaching, they just want to know what to do. 

The once off nutrition plan includes an extensive consultation (usually 60-90 minutes) with a certified nutritionist and a written plan emailed as a PDF to your inbox. 

The nutritionist will ask you questions about every detail of your lifestyle and nutrition, to come up with a bespoke, personalised plan that will guide you to your goals.
