The evidence is clear - 1:1 coaching gives the best results. But we understand that might not be the thing for you right now, so a fully personalised plan is the next best thing.
All advice considers your current routine, barriers, and opportunities to make it practical for you!
Your Personalised Plan includes:
- A 60-90 minute planning and strategy call
- A PDF write up of:
- Dietary guidance tailored to your goals (fat loss, muscle gain etc)
- Specific macro and calorie targets, OR a non-calorie counting approach if that is your preference
- Guidance on meal timing and frequency
- A one day example meal plan tailored to the foods you like
- Guidance on how to accurately monitor your progress
- General advice on the type of exercise you should be doing
