    We explain the principles so that you can understand what's important, how important it is, what's not important, and why. We apply them to your unique circumstances to choose the most appropriate cutting-edge methods for your goals.

    First, we do a lifestyle audit and help you to lose weight (if you want to) as quickly as possible.
    There is nothing like fast results to boost motivation, build momentum, and create confidence in your ability to change long term.

    Every plan has practical achievable weekly steps that are driven by your preferences and personalized to fit your unique lifestyle.
    Some methods involve 'tracking' your food or creating a meal plan, but not all do.
    As you change, the plan evolves with you.
  • Phase 2: Maintenance, Strength, Long-Term Health & Hotness

    The methods you use to 'get' the result are not always the same as the ones you need to 'keep' it.
    In this phase you focus on creating sustainable and healthy diet & exercise habits for life.
    This phase is often where clients start to introduce strength training tailored to their fitness level, and move away from any meal plans or 'tracking'.
    You learn to sustain your progress long-term without needing ongoing support.

Busy, stressed, unhealthy, unconfident, unfit, always thinking about food, always unhappy with what I saw in the mirror.

Seriously - I used to be an economist. I have a master's degree in economics, and I have worked in various analytical and leadership roles in highly regarded economic institutions.

I've experienced chronic illness, weight gain, body image issues, and a seriously poor relationship with food.

But then experienced the power of having someone knowledgeable in your corner.

It completely changed my life.

Now, not only do I get to experience peace in my body every single day, I get to help others find it too.
